I have completed multiple shipments and have never had less than a stellar experience. I would recommend Card Conduit to anyone and I hope to complete many more shipments in the future. Everything from communication to service to payouts are unmatched in my experience. If I could give 6 stars I would.

I had never used the service before but was recommended it by a friend as a way to get the most for my collection I no longer wanted/needed.

I was very impressed with the speed at which processing happened and also very happy with the amount I was able to get. 100% would recommend to others looking to do the same thing I did.

I have been using card conduit for some time. The process is still smooth and easy but the card grading and the most recent payout % was a lot less than my previous shipments. Foils almost never get NM and this most recent shipment had a bunch marked down to MP when they should not have. It's still ... Read more
I have been using card conduit for some time. The process is still smooth and easy but the card grading and the most recent payout % was a lot less than my previous shipments. Foils almost never get NM and this most recent shipment had a bunch marked down to MP when they should not have. It's still an easy process to ship to card conduit even with the extremely harsh grading.

Thanks Card Conduit team - I had a bunch of old cards that I had thought of selling for years...but posting individual cards or dealing with multiple sellers was too complex. Glad to get my cards out to fans, and grateful for the service.

Very pleased all around. I appreciate being able to pre sort, minimize loss, maximize value, and am never surprised or disappointed by the outcome. Not my first shipment to Card Conduit, and it definitely won't be my last.

We require customers to label each shipment with the unique Shipment ID provided during registration. In this case, the customer mislabeled their box -- which became apparent when our processing team found that the enclosed cards belonged to another sorted shipment the customer had registered with us.

Our support team promptly reached out to notify the customer of the discrepancy. We did not receive a response. We placed the affected shipment on hold and, after waiting without hearing back, proceeded to process the shipment that matched the cards we had in hand.

Several weeks later, the customer contacted us claiming we received cards that our records -- including intake notes, outreach history, and video evidence -- show we did not receive. We shared our original communication about the issue, which the customer states they did not see. The customer also indicated they had emailed us multiple times, though we have no record of those messages.

We take shipment accuracy seriously and make every effort to flag issues early and work with customers to resolve them. We're confident in our process and documentation in this case.

3 packages were sent out at once therefore they all had the same tracking information well they claimed to receive to and not the 3rd after confirming it was received and they r saying the cards weren’t in the box now why in heck would I pay to send an empty box when they received the other orders ... I had a set of cards from my childhood. I'd managed to sell a few of the stand out ones independently, but Card Conduit gave me a chance to sell in mass the cards that wouldn't move independently. The process was simple, the valuation seemed fair, and the transaction was quick and painless. That you very much!

I used to use tcgplayers buylist service to sell off cards I no longer wanted. After they discontinued that service I found card conduit and decided to give it a try. Their website is well constructed being user friendly and quite intuitive. All of their fees are laid out transparently for a quick and honest process. The card selection tool is fast and makes selecting the correct printing of your cards easy. I will continue to use this service for my buylist needs as I continue to buy and sell trading cards.

Processing was timely, payment was prompt, and grading seemed quite fair and in line with my own perception. Also, the web application that walks you through the card adding/sorting processes and later helps you keep track of the shipment transit/processing status is well designed. Finally, and this is huge, the staff are very responsive over email in case of any questions, clarifications, etc. Honestly, selling to CC has consistently been a much better experience than I expected, and I've gotten more $ than I expected I would by using a service like this.
