Card Conduct is a great company when it comes to giving over cards and being able to process them. They are also really good at explaining how they justify the cost of how they came to the price of the sale. Sadly, the payout for the cards that I have had have personally not panned out to what I want them to be due to the value of the card based on the market. I understand the extent of how the prints determine the price and if it’s damaged or how bad it is. Price wise, I haven’t gotten the best payout with it. I still recommend Card Conduct regardless for cards.

Process is very easy and fast, received about 3/4th of the value I shipped in. I know not every card is NM but I was hoping to get around 80% instead of 75%. The speed of conversion might be worth it though.

Despite some delay, my order was handled professionally and I was paid fairly for my cards. I reached out to support at one point, and I was very impressed with the quality of service. I would happily use CC again.

The only thing I found frustrating was how much my collection value shifted while in transit, and then again after grading. After grading there was one card that was worth more to me in my collection than being traded in. and they shipped that back no issues. Would use the service again, but might be more selective on what I sent

The instructions throughout the process were easy to follow to ensure safe arrival and grading of the shipment. Support from CardConduit was consistent and supportive from the start. My only reason for not giving a 5 would be the value returned for my shipment... There were an exorbitant amount of cards graded below what I considered their true condition - a convenient and uncontestable way to pay less to the customer (eyebrow raise...). Otherwise, I have no complaints, and thank CardConduit for their business.

I think this time the final value was a bit less than the original estimate (not accounting for the quality variations) but still good value over all. I do wish that I could see the comparison between the original estimate when I submitted to the final value after it was processed, but overall I am very happy with this service!

While I didn't 100% agree with the rating of some cards overall a good curated experience. Had a problem with my bank which was resolved quickly by Natainal, all in all very satisfied with their service

Process was clear and easy from beginning to end. As promised, payment was fast and efficient once the order was processed in the expected amount of time.
I have no complaints other than the card quality evaluation was a little bit more stringent than I was expecting. Long story short, they were all Rhystic Studies from original Prophecy that just sat in a bulk box for many years. Didn't get played much (if at all), but were subject to the typical bumps and scrapes from being in a bin and not in a binder.
I was expecting Moderately Played as a rating (I've been shipped cards myself from other resellers in much the same condition, with this same rating), but they all got Heavily Played instead. That's fine, and now I know what to expect.
Would use the service again and would recommend to others with this caveat.

Before shipping I would have thought 90% at near mint as that is how I've been selling myself on tcgplayer per their guidelines, which card conduit follows. But some cards came back as MP or LP but not specific evidence to support. I understand too that logistically that could be a challenge but it would be great to have that detail (like how TAG does their card grading) to invoke a greater sense of transparency and drive up confidence

I think the process was quick and easy, and overall, I got about what I expected for my cards. Interestingly, there were card grades that I think were completely bogus, and other grades that I think were likely better than I expected. It did even out in the end.

I think the process was quick and easy, and overall, I got about what I expected for my cards. Interestingly, there were card grades that I think were completely bogus, and other grades that I think were likely better than I expected. It did even out in the end.
My general commentary on the grading is that items which had low value, that there were a lot of (10+), tended to be lower graded as a lumped grade, and things that had higher value ($50+ tended to be more harshly graded, which is partially expected, but in some cases felt questionable. By no stretch do I think my shipment was all NM or even LP; however, some items were pack to sleeve that got graded as damaged (most notably a Secret Lair Phyrexian Tower) when it was IMO, clearly NM or at worst LP. Again, none of this is a big deal, and I believe it is the cost of doing business.
I want to emphasize at the end here that my experience was overall very positive, but I want to give an honest assessment of the areas I found were good as well as bad. The speed at which everything was completed and that money was sent was phenomenal, and even with my issues with grading on certain items, my expected payout was right about where I expected it to be, so everything came out as a wash for any issues I had with grading.

I sent them a package of rares I was not playing and was chided for how small the shipment was, but I got about $140.
Then I sent a 7 lb package of cards of all rarities to get about $20. That covers shipping and a pack of gum.
Basically dont bother sending your bulk, they just want the good stuff, which you probably want to keep anyhow.
