So I have sent numerous lists to card conduit with little to no issue. On one occasion I disagreed and they sent me photos and there was wear I didn't notice. However on my most recent shipment all of the "flaws" they sent me were little more than flaring from a sheet but or the tiniest edge nick. It was literally like they were applying gem mint grading status to qualify for NM. I pointed this out and received a flippant email calling my integrity into question. I will never be using this service again and I am extremely disappointed.

When this customer reached out with concerns about their report, we reviewed the cards in question and confirmed they had been graded appropriately by our team as LP (lightly played).
While in overall good shape, the cards consistently had numerous edge dings on the upper left and bottom right edges that meant they could not be considered NM. We shared photos with the customer, and asked about how the cards had been shipped, as this kind of wear pattern can often relate to damage in transit.
We can certainly understand that this is not what the customer was hoping to hear. Our team responded in a respectful and constructive manner, and so we find it surprising to hear our response described as flippant. Because we were unable to get on the same page, we have shipped the cards back to the customer at our expense.
For anyone evaluating our service who is particularly concerned with grading, we recommend requesting a hold for review to make it easy to discuss your results prior to finalization. We must evaluate cards based on their condition when we receive them and in accordance with our guidelines.

I have really enjoyed my experience with Card Conduit. The platform is intuitive and fast and the customer service throughout the process was very proactive and fast. Have now used the service 3 times and plan on continuing to use it because of how easy it is.

The process for turning my old MtG cards into cash couldn't be easier. Having multiple levels of pre-sorting the cards to lower fees is great. The actual payout was very close to the original estimate with no surprises.

Card conduit is exactly what you would expect from a business in 2025. Slow pay out hidden fees. Most of my cards were pack fresh and never played but most got marked down to say a light played. Was deducted $300 off original payment due to grading . If you’re looking to get 40% for your magic cards card conduit is the perfect place.

As graded, the price paid for this shipment was 64.7% after our fees of the NM TCGLow Value. Certainly this is lower than the 79.3% we would have paid had the cards all been NM, but it is much higher than 40%.
"Pack fresh" unfortunately is not a grade for a card. We always strongly recommend that folks inspect their cards for wear before sending them in, as assumptions about the condition can lead to disappointment. Ultimately, we need to grade the cards as they are received with consistent conditioning standards. Anyone concerned about the grading not matching the conditioning standards should consider a hold for review which will allow us to discuss the cards to get on the same page prior to finalizing your shipment. Even without a hold, we encourage you to reach out to discuss any surprises with your shipment - we will always do our best to try to reach an acceptable conclusion with you!

Overall everything was easy and simple. You ship your cards in a Fatpack box or something similar so they are protected add cotton balls to keep them from moving. I knew I would get less than what was estimated but wasn’t ready to get a couple hundred less. About 90% of the cards I send had come out of a pack and right into a binder. Those binders were in storage and didn’t move for years so the fact only 1 of my 400+ cards got a Near Mint rating was disappointing. Their payment was pretty quick after I got the grade info on my cards and agreed to it. But if I had to do it again I would use them but understand that the TCG Low price would be there Near Mint price.

Overall, a very easy and quick process. I was given more information when asked about specific cards that were graded below what I would expect, which was great. The overall grading process was a bit harsh compared to past experiences with selling cards to other retailers, in my opinion. Having only a single card out be rated as NM, and most being heavily played when a large amount were never played with is harsh. If you don't mind taking a bit of a hit for the convenience though, it is worth it. Just don't expect to get nearly what the estimate tool tells you.

I have utilized CC many times now and am always impressed by the prompt service and communication! However, I do find more often now that almost every foil & many high value cards are being deemed not NM and I know condition is very subjective but my cards are always CLEAN and I worry sometimes this is done to make sure the, “the house wins” by lowering values a bit. 🤷🏽♂️ gonna try again but will maybe submit fewer foils. Great prices overall highly recommended.
