Great way to clean out my collection and get value back without the hassle of listing. The amount of time and frustration I saved was well worth it.

Everything about the service and process was excellent. Even the communication about the COVID-19 delays.

Grading was done fairly and strictly (no "loosey-goosey" hometown LGS ratings here) so an expected number of cards came back less than NM. Would highly recommend CardConduit as a no-brainer alternative to the nightmare that is eBay/TCGplayer sales, especially for those of us based out of Canada. Thanks!

I’ve done many shipments to them now and have been consistently content with the service. Whether it’s their sorted or inserted option the price is always fair. This time they emailed me to apologize for slow shipping of the check because a lot of their staff got COVID at the same time, but they were still faster than their competitors so I wouldn’t have even noticed.

I was super paranoid about whether or not it would get there intact; the pictures and details about how to ship (and how not to) were spot on. And the whole team at card conduit has been super responsive and helpful every step of the way.
Thank you!

While we can understand frustration when the grading does not meet expectations, we always encourage anyone to reach out to discuss. Even if you've not requested a hold for review, we can often find many of the cards to provide evidence and discuss grades - and in most cases get on the same page. We do not make money by grading cards at a lower condition, and then selling them for a higher condition.
Most grading surprises are a result of assumptions made - assuming cards right out of the pack are always near mint (especially for Secret Lairs), assuming the cards you've owned for 10+ years have no wear, and so on. We always encourage customers to take cards out of sleeves/binders (which hide certain types of wear), and inspect the cards in proper lighting to avoid surprises and to not rely on assumptions.
As graded, this payout was 61.5% of TCGLow if all cards were sold as Near Mint. For a shipment containing mostly sub-$5 cards, most would consider that a very good payout.
For anyone considering the service, you can also select the hold for review option, which will allow you to reach out to discuss any grading surprises prior to the report being finalized.

The grading was absolutley terrible. The majority of my cards were pack fresh and many of the cards I knew were sent in as NM were graded MP. I will never use this service again.

I literally bought brand new, never before played cards that went straight into double sleeves and somehow got some wonky medium played or worse grades.
There’s some cards I’m very familiar with and could recall how LP or MP would be fair and possible.
Overall, needed things to be quick for cash and lack of hassle as a tired dad.
It’s an ok place if you need the cash but it isn’t my first choice if I had more time.

I had a great experience with sending my card to them. I had over 1500 cards that were all random, and they went through it very quickly and were able to give the money to me with no problem, whatsoever. I have already recommended it to other friends of mine. I would definitely do it again.

Never sold cards before other then local store so did not know what to expect, was a bit nervous mailing my cards for grading and selling but worked out well. Confident to send more of my cards in the future.

Overall the process was smooth with the website being clean, simple and easy to use. It was easy to go from estimating my cards into preparing and completing a shipment. With a clear process defined and updates at every stage I felt like I was aware of what was going on the entire time.
The one downside, or challenge, was that because the process is slow (shipping takes time, processing, grading, etc), it gives the card market a lot of time to shift. And because the CC team doesn’t lock prices upon arrival (or purchase like other buy lists), rather they wait until they finish inventorying, grading, etc, there’s a lot of room for change in your collection value. And for me, it tends to go down most of the time (that’s clearly an anecdotal point but a feeling I wanted to share nonetheless). So the main struggle I had was just the slow process actually affecting the sale value.
