I apologize for not responding sooner as I needed to take the time to word this as kindly as I can. That being said, here we go;

I am appalled by your services. The above cards mentioned were all near mint (NM) as they have only ever seen their packaging, a protective sleeve in a protective binder and then the box sent to your facility. It was obvious that your business had an agenda to downgrade high value cards. None of my foils have ever seen a table top or spent time outside of the protective binder. You listed cards in the same set, bought at the same time, same box and lowered them from NM to lightly played. Granted, I do accept some of my cards I didn’t purchase had lower values than the NM snapshot. However, ALL of my foils were near mint because I don't play them. I don't just claim this, as I had extensive experience grading baseball cards during summer hours in high school.

I'm disappointed I didn't heed the warning my friend gave. Normally when someone/some place takes advantage of me, I roll over. As far as I'm concerned your business stole over $100 from me. Just 2 cards downgraded are a $20 loss. The truth is I want your company to succeed on the merits of honest and thorough work ethics. While your grading system comes off as thievery, I was very satisfied with your turn around times.

I didn’t intend to broadcast on the Internet that your system is dishonest, but you auto generated a review request. Blasting anyone is not my intent, but I'm justifiably angry. Moving forward I will not recommend your business to my friends or future people I meet. I truly hope that you're able to take this feedback and improve your process for a prosperous and valued service that I think many MTG players could use. I don’t blame anyone personally, but those that push their vision and agenda of dishonesty so they can reap the benefits of paying less for more.

Had an extremely simple time selling cards. Got a good, fair payout for what I sent in and it was very easy to do. I'm already preparing another shipment to sell.

If you are looking to turn cards into cash quickly there simply is not a better sight. I have turned unused EDH decks into pauper, value vintage, dan dan, and countless other formats to enjoy magic.

Very easy process, helpful and communicative staff, good value (condition graded a little harshly but not too bad), would recommend especially for bulk.

I couldn't be happier with the grading and prices, and I will be using Card Conduit for the rest of my MTG career!

I use the auto-sifted service as I did not want to sort and put over 2,000 cards in order. In a week my order had been sifted, sorted, & evaluated and I was able to view the report to approve/deny the final payout. Glad I went with Auto Sifted in the end as it cost me the least in fees for how much bulk I ended up having, and the work to sort it all myself wouldn't have been worth it in the end.

Most of my cards came back Near Mint. I've always heard Card Conduit can be hard on grading so don't expect NM, but maybe they weren't as accurately assessing their own cards? I keep in-use cards in double sleeves and stored cards in inners, desleeved them all before shipping and had no quality issues on my final report.

This is my 4th or 5th time using Card Conduit. Love the program! Easy, reliable and a good way to knock the dust off of unused stacks of cards.

I've used Card Conduit twice so far in 2026 and they have never let me down. I have been pleasantly surprised at the amount of money I have got back for some of my shipments. I got back more than I expected. Their service is great. Going through Card Conduit is much easier than trying to sell individual cards and deal with difficult customers and shipping.
