I also love their collection estimator! It's a great tool to get a sense of how much of a decrease you will expect from mint on down to other grades. Thanks for creating such a painless process for selling MTG cards!

I gave them 2 stars for the fact they took my uncommons and rares. Just know if you use there service just know your stuff will be there for a bit, don’t expect your money right away. Won’t use the service again.

This shipment was delayed 2 weeks from the planned reporting date, not 6 weeks. The shipment was fully processed 21 days after receipt at our processing facility, not 40+ days.
The delay was a result of a COVID-19 outbreak affecting a significant portion of our staff over a period of weeks, and we alerted all customers to potential delays resulting from the staffing shortage. Unfortunately, low-value, bulky shipments faced the most delay, as the time to complete those shipments takes a disproportionate amount of staff time.
We can certainly understand the frustration resulting from the delays, but it should be noted that this was an unusual situation that should not be assumed to be the norm for any future shipments.

Two of the cards I rated as LP and the other two were directly from pack to perfect fit sleeves and all 4 sat in a binder since I had them. Poor grader graded cards as MP which greatly depreciated price. Imagine turned around and sold them for a graded up cost. Worst expereicne and will forsure ment

Worst expereicne and will forsure mention to play group and on socials what a scam Card Conduit actually is. TCGplayer I had a better experience and better charater on the other side rather than a blind grader grading just trying to make a buck. Glad I did a test run before giving the information to followers. Horrible company. Should be reported to a better business beurre.

We understand that it can be very frustrating to receive a grade you weren't expecting. When it does happen, though, we always invite a conversation to try to get on the same page, which unfortunately never happened here.
This order consisted of 4 cards - 1 non-foil, and 3 foils. The three foils are cards which are 14 years old, and were all graded MP. The non-foil was 6 years old and was graded near mint. One of the biggest disconnect for older cards - especially foils - is that the condition the cards were opened in remains their current condition. For foils in particular, this can create situations where expectations are not aligned with the card's current condition. Sleeves do not make cards impervious to wear. They can absolutely slow down the wear process, but wear can and does happen. I chose to organize my cards I was selling for the best rate for myself, CardConduit made it easy to do. Look up the cards on their site, add them to your order, then organize them and send them in. Turnaround time was good and payout was around the estimate I expected.

They took the time to send me a message letting me know they upgraded my shipment to the next tier because of the value/shape of my cards. They didn't have to do that, but they did. They are an extremely honest and amazing company. I was nervous at first to ship away so many valuable cards, so I sent a smaller shipment to test it out. Now I have NO problem at all sending the rest! All I have to say is wow, thank you guys so much, this has helped me more than you can imagine! Get ready for my next shipment!!
