Not that impressive

They delayed my order and all the cards I have shipped for almost 1 month in a half. I’m only 500 miles away from there warehouse and yet it took over 40+ days to finish 2,500 cards. I gave them 2 stars for the fact they took my uncommons and rares. Just know if you use there service just know your stuff will be there for a bit, don’t expect your money right away. Won’t use the service again.

This shipment was delayed 2 weeks from the planned reporting date, not 6 weeks. The shipment was fully processed 21 days after receipt at our processing facility, not 40+ days.

The delay was a result of a COVID-19 outbreak affecting a significant portion of our staff over a period of weeks, and we alerted all customers to potential delays resulting from the staffing shortage. Unfortunately, low-value, bulky shipments faced the most delay, as the time to complete those shipments takes a disproportionate amount of staff time.

We can certainly understand the frustration resulting from the delays, but it should be noted that this was an unusual situation that should not be assumed to be the norm for any future shipments.
We launched our reviews feature in January 2021, and invited every previous customer to leave a review. Reviewers have the option to omit their payout/fee amounts and shipment highlights page. We publish all reviews, unedited, but may post a response in certain cases. We may need to remove a review if it's offensive (profanity, etc).
