I appreciated how simple the trade was. Sent in my cards, got paid, and I got to track the process each step along the way. The payout was nothing exciting, but it did match my expectations. Easiest buylist option out there.

Not a good value and rude customer support. I had an issue with the grading. First ignored me and then came back rude and condescending. I had good experience with previous shipments with them, but won't be back.

Our best advice when grading does not align with what you were initially expecting is to reach out to us and discuss it. In this case the customer specifically asked us not to respond, and so we did not. However, for anyone considering the service - we are always willing to discuss grading and provide evidence supporting our grading - we want you to conclude every transaction with us on a high note. Tone can be challenging to convey via email at times, but we always do our best to remain respectful and informative throughout our communications.
Our best advice when grading does not align with what you were initially expecting is to reach out to us and discuss it. This was my second time using card conduit, and it was again an amazing experience. All you have to do is un-sleeve your uncommons and rares, box them up, and they take care of the rest. I had no idea how much value I had just sitting around, and their price was very fair. 10 out of 10, highly recommended.

My one caveat is that the system automatically uses the lowest available price on TCGPlayer, which is sometimes a clearly fake listing (user has 0 sales, 1 dollar for a 100 dollar card, you know what it looks like). Please address this. This benefits y'all in the short term but it's a huge feel bad on our end, and clearly not fair pricing. I had to wait for a week or so for the system to ignore a 60 cent pricing on Radiant Lotus!

Shipping and processing was easy, and great to see that it tells you when your orders are going through each step of the process. Was skeptical with it at first but, I have used their services a number of times now and have been happier selling here than the other sites I used to buylist through. Favourite part is that they send a complete and detailed list of how each card was graded and the individual pricing for each card so you have full disclosure as to how they came to their price.

All I had to do was put them in a box and send them off to them and they took care of the rest! The cards were left to me by a relative and I didn't know what to do with him and they took care of everything!!!

The hardest part of the whole process was searching through all the cards to find the ones that they wanted. It took around 2 weeks after they received my cards till I got payed out. Overall great experience. Got paid close to the low reference point on mana box.

This is a fantastic service that makes it really easy to get good value for a collection without the hassle of trying to sell everything off in bits and pieces. The process is easy and straightforward- and also customizable. If you're just looking to unload an entire collection without doing any sorting, you can select the 'standard' option and just send everything in. I recommend the 'curated' option, through which you can send up to 500 cards that meet a certain value threshold and retain 95% of the sale value. This was an easy and straightforward service to use and I highly recommend it.

I sold cards to Channel Fireball, SCG & misc local stores around Seattle & the tri-state area of DC/VA/MD. By far this was my best experience. I’ve already recommended Card Conduit to friends with bulk to offload. I also, found it via a recommendation from another friend of mine.
The process was simple. Un-sleeve, follow package instructions provided on their website & ship via my preferred method (they also provided recommendations for this). Then provide the tracking # to Card Conduit & enjoy my life while they took care of the rest.
I didn’t have to catalog or create any lists. They take care of all that. When they are finished, they provided a cool breakdown of what was in my bulk to include highlights. It was neat to see the top most valuable cards in each card category from there highlights page. I was also given the full list with prices to review before deciding on agreeing to the sale or not. Which I did & have already sent another round due to Xmas gifts & packs. 😁
Can’t wait to see what this next round brings & what new goodie’s I’m going to get with it. Probably some Final Fantasy products are in my future. Always nice to turn cards I’m not using into new cards I have interest in using. Can’t beat a hobby that has the potential to fund itself!

Honestly a little bummed about my Card Conduit experience. Their website and customer service are all top notch, and I was pleased by their flexible options. I opted to save even more money by sorting everything myself.
By the time I got my payout though I feel as if there was a bit of a bait and switch. Despite sorting literally every card myself and seeing firsthand that they were all near mint / good quality (every card had been sleeved, most never played) nearly my entire shipment got dinged by varying levels of damage, drastically reducing my payout (2/3 what I expected).
Maybe things got damaged in shipping (I paid extra close care to this however) and maybe their standards are just higher than mine (I did not look at every card under a microscope) but it does leave a nagging feeling that they just skimmed some off the top, and supposedly 'damaged' cards that seemed mint to me got stolen (I received $0 payout from them) and are likely being sold once again.
You pay for convenience I suppose, but in my case I put in more work that I should have. I doubt this review will see the light of day, but if it does I'd recommend either meticulously documenting the state of every card you send in so you have a chance to dispute, or simply sending in your lower value cards without sorting them yourself to maximize your time/money ratio.
