The whole process and customer service was so great it really is unreal. So many customer service companies should hire your team just to train them. For real, I will not be selling my cards anywhere else. Thanks again Card Conduit and shout out to Nick!

If profit is your main concern I would definitely choose the option of making your own list of cards and sending a curated selection to the company. Shipping is a big cost as are the processing fees; I got about 60-70% of the profit from the cards I sent in but this was a great deal for me to not have to go through and try to sell each individual card.

Streamlined and almost effortless. Just a trip to post office and wait for things to happen. Recommend highly.

Sent in 2 simultaneous shipments (1 sorted and 1 standard) for evaluation, which was properly taken care of in a prompt time frame. Card grading was consistent with what I was expecting, and payment for my shipments was quickly taken care of after my finalization. Definitely going to be a repeat shipper!

Thank you for your consideration in adjusting the service type. Your system is convenient, that's for sure. But to be honest, I'm a little discouraged by these wear ratings since these cards were never played. The money seems OK but I'm only a lay user so it's hard for me to judge.

Everything was resolved and I learned my mistake, but here's the story:
I've used Card Conduit since 2023, and this was the first shipment that came back with grades I that felt wrong. My cards in this Curated service (and another batch of Sorted service, shipped in the same package) are 90% fresh from the pack - how did so many cards come back LP or DMG? Especially on some of the most valuable foils?
I decided to reach out.
Nick Anderson was gracious to respond to my questions, and pulled cards form this shipment, and also was able to pull a couple examples from my Sorted shipment. He sent the most detailed close-up photos I could have asked for.
The result? Largely scratches on the foils, concentrated near the edges, and the LP grades were truly warranted. But why? And it dawned on me - it was my packaging job.
For the first time, my shipment (included all my Curated, Sorted, Standard shipments in 1 box) was so large that wasn't time-efficient to pack my usual way - into stacks of team bags. What did I do? Large ziplock bags, but taped down so they wouldn't move too much. But with any large stack of cards in a loose bag, there was a bit of wiggle room. What I highly suspect it that the wiggle room doomed my cards to be scratched via the days of vibrations experienced during shipping.
Not only did I learn about my shipping packaging mistake, but I've gained more confidence than EVER that Card Conduit's grading is fair and reliable. I'll continue to be a repeat customer, without a doubt. Just with better packaging jobs this time (Nick recommended 200 or 300 ct BCW white fold over boxes, but tightly packed and padded on one end. If you hear cards shifting after a shake test, add more padding to tighten it up!)

I did the Sorted Shipment - worth the effort! The team does a good job of identifying defects and are reasonable with their final price vs the estimate.

The first time is a little confusing, but CC makes it pretty easy to just follow the instructions. I sent it in, they provided a readout of what I sent, and then cut me a check. Doesn't get easier.

This service is always an easy solution to selling bulk with minimum effort. I like being able to fill a box and ship it out and know I will get a fair value for my cards.

I was skeptical at first after reading some reviews of the process. But I figured I’d sort what I had and sent it in and take what they offered. I knew most of my cards were in NM condition and was happy too see CardConduit reciprocated my observations. Process took a little over a week and they were communicative the whole time. Would recommend this to anyone who has a collection sitting about and needs a couple coins.
