The process was easy to follow and clearly communicated. Way easier than doing it at other sites. Also, the stats breakdown and detail for each card submitted was fantastic. Definitely recommend trying this out if you have lots of card to sell.

This is a fantastic service that makes it really easy to get good value for a collection without the hassle of trying to sell everything off in bits and pieces. The process is easy and straightforward- and also customizable. If you're just looking to unload an entire collection without doing any sorting, you can select the 'standard' option and just send everything in. I recommend the 'curated' option, through which you can send up to 500 cards that meet a certain value threshold and retain 95% of the sale value. This was an easy and straightforward service to use and I highly recommend it.

I sold cards to Channel Fireball, SCG & misc local stores around Seattle & the tri-state area of DC/VA/MD. By far this was my best experience. I’ve already recommended Card Conduit to friends with bulk to offload. I also, found it via a recommendation from another friend of mine.
The process was simple. Un-sleeve, follow package instructions provided on their website & ship via my preferred method (they also provided recommendations for this). Then provide the tracking # to Card Conduit & enjoy my life while they took care of the rest.
I didn’t have to catalog or create any lists. They take care of all that. When they are finished, they provided a cool breakdown of what was in my bulk to include highlights. It was neat to see the top most valuable cards in each card category from there highlights page. I was also given the full list with prices to review before deciding on agreeing to the sale or not. Which I did & have already sent another round due to Xmas gifts & packs. 😁
Can’t wait to see what this next round brings & what new goodie’s I’m going to get with it. Probably some Final Fantasy products are in my future. Always nice to turn cards I’m not using into new cards I have interest in using. Can’t beat a hobby that has the potential to fund itself!

Honestly a little bummed about my Card Conduit experience. Their website and customer service are all top notch, and I was pleased by their flexible options. I opted to save even more money by sorting everything myself.
By the time I got my payout though I feel as if there was a bit of a bait and switch. Despite sorting literally every card myself and seeing firsthand that they were all near mint / good quality (every card had been sleeved, most never played) nearly my entire shipment got dinged by varying levels of damage, drastically reducing my payout (2/3 what I expected).
Maybe things got damaged in shipping (I paid extra close care to this however) and maybe their standards are just higher than mine (I did not look at every card under a microscope) but it does leave a nagging feeling that they just skimmed some off the top, and supposedly 'damaged' cards that seemed mint to me got stolen (I received $0 payout from them) and are likely being sold once again.
You pay for convenience I suppose, but in my case I put in more work that I should have. I doubt this review will see the light of day, but if it does I'd recommend either meticulously documenting the state of every card you send in so you have a chance to dispute, or simply sending in your lower value cards without sorting them yourself to maximize your time/money ratio.

Based on the description here, there may be a disconnect between the grading standards we use, and the standards used by the customer. We do our best to set expectations ahead of time on that front, and we always encourage customers to examine our grading standards, and also to inspect their cards (including the back) with adequate lighting outside of sleeves/binders, prior to sending their cards in.
The best advice we can provide for those considering the service is to reach out to us if you are surprised by the grading. We are always willing to provide additional insight and support for the grading, and in most cases this enables us to get on the same page. I've used Card Conduit for two shipments so far, and both were very smooth. Their estimated payout for the shipments were accurate based on the condition that I personally was expecting, so that was great to see! Correspondence back and forth between them is prompt, and professional.

The process was super easy and exactly like I expected. My order arrived on a Thursday and I received my payout in my bank account by next Wednesday (sorted service).
There were even a representative who reached out about some of the changes to my order (wrong set/damaged conditions) in case I had questions which I appreciated.

I was really excited for my experience, personal family and friends had given CC a great recommendation. The process is simple, there's multiple options and I've heard the pay is always fair. Unfortunately this wasn't the case.
While I didn't expect Near mint, I also didn't expect moderately played as a majority. Literally ever card I sent (217) minus 10%, came out of a box or binder. NEVER played. 50% of my card were graded as MP. Went from a low end $600, to only $460. I did all the sorting, 4+ hours. Should have sold on Ebay or FB.
I did not contest, as it was a mute point. Their grading opinion against mine. Final review- Sell your expensive cards individually, only send bulk here. You don't get fair value. Apparently- e everthing is "Moderately Played". Can't trust a computer program to rate cards, it takes human eyes.

If you're surprised by the grading, you should absolutely reach out to us to let us know - we can provide more context and support our grades, and in most cases get on the same page, or otherwise find an agreeable solution. In this case, not only were we not made aware of any problems, the shipment was actively approved for payment, signaling to us that things were great.
We are never aware of the history of cards when they are sent in - and ultimately the only thing we can assess is the condition of the cards when they are received. The designation of "played" does not speak to what was done with the cards, and instead is a designation of the amount of wear on the cards.

Super easy with a fast turnaround time. I am not an expert on card values, and just wanted to sell some old ones quickly while cleaning out the house. The process was easy and they were very clear with why they valued each card the way they did once they reviewed the shipment. Would definitely use in the future!

I was fully informed on the status of my shipments every step of the way, and I received more than I expected on the standard shipment.
