second time using the service, still awesome. this time i did the self-sorted option, so I was able to get a bit more for my cards. Actual payout was very close to the projected near mint price for everything, very fair grading. these guys rock!

I've never used an online service to send in my cards before using Card Conduit. I was thorough in selecting which company to use, and ended up with Card Conduit. I had read some online reviews on their website, and saw both the good and bad. It looked like the most common complaint was that they could be a bit hard on their grading. However, based on my interaction I thought the grading was very fair. I think I sent in just under 300 cards, and received good grades overall. It should be noted that I've always kept my cards in good condition and stored in binders. I'm very happy with the results, and would definitely recommend others to use these guys too. Lastly, they kept to the expected timeline, and reached out via email to make sure I was satisfied. If I find myself wanting to sell more cards in the future, I'll be coming back.

I completed three large orders (4k+ cards) both sorted and unsorted options. The process was simple and I received the payout I was expecting (surprisingly more than I expected on the unsorted order) all within just a few weeks. Great communication and customer service, I’ve recommended Card Conduit to all my friends.

Relatively fast, amazing service. So glad this exists for magic players to sell cards to justify buying new ones! I also thought I would get marked down more than I did on card damages so that was nice! Overall great service, I’m planning on using it again

My large shipment of curated cards to CardConduit was handled quickly, professionally with regular communication to update on processing and payment status. Grading was done fairly and strictly (no "loosey-goosey" hometown LGS ratings here) so an expected number of cards came back less than NM. Would highly recommend CardConduit as a no-brainer alternative to the nightmare that is eBay/TCGplayer sales, especially for those of us based out of Canada. Thanks!

While we can understand frustration when the grading does not meet expectations, we always encourage anyone to reach out to discuss. Even if you've not requested a hold for review, we can often find many of the cards to provide evidence and discuss grades - and in most cases get on the same page. We do not make money by grading cards at a lower condition, and then selling them for a higher condition.
Most grading surprises are a result of assumptions made - assuming cards right out of the pack are always near mint (especially for Secret Lairs), assuming the cards you've owned for 10+ years have no wear, and so on. We always encourage customers to take cards out of sleeves/binders (which hide certain types of wear), and inspect the cards in proper lighting to avoid surprises and to not rely on assumptions.
As graded, this payout was 61.5% of TCGLow if all cards were sold as Near Mint. For a shipment containing mostly sub-$5 cards, most would consider that a very good payout.
For anyone considering the service, you can also select the hold for review option, which will allow you to reach out to discuss any grading surprises prior to the report being finalized.
