Super easy process. They gobble up cards quick and pay better than a card shop would. The grading is interesting though. Some cards that were direct from pack were given MP grades where cards that definitely were MP got LP or NM. It seems this is an area where they are getting a lot of feedback they may want to pay more attention to. I got almost exactly what I was expecting so can't complain too much.

Was 100% worried about sending cards off but process is really transparent and quick. Pricing was fair, I had no complaints and you get a list of reasons on any conditions. I had some issues with payment but it was taken care of immediately and directly with a person. Ill be doing a few more shipments with them soon.

This has been an excellent experience. I have sent two shipments so far and the whole process is quick. The itemized report they send is impressive. My favorite feature is the highlights report they send. It shows you your most valuable cards and what they offered for them. This service is exactly what I was looking for to help manage my collection.

I was able to get rid of my MTG Bulk and use that money to pay some bills, so it was a big help. Really appreciate the service they provide. Don't hesitate to sell your cards to them, compared to other vendors (DO NOT USE COOLSTUFF...big time ripoff).

Not a good value and rude customer support. I had an issue with the grading. First ignored me and then came back rude and condescending. I had good experience with previous shipments with them, but won't be back.

Our best advice when grading does not align with what you were initially expecting is to reach out to us and discuss it. In this case the customer specifically asked us not to respond, and so we did not. However, for anyone considering the service - we are always willing to discuss grading and provide evidence supporting our grading - we want you to conclude every transaction with us on a high note. Tone can be challenging to convey via email at times, but we always do our best to remain respectful and informative throughout our communications.

This was my second time using card conduit, and it was again an amazing experience. All you have to do is un-sleeve your uncommons and rares, box them up, and they take care of the rest. I had no idea how much value I had just sitting around, and their price was very fair. 10 out of 10, highly recommended.

My one caveat is that the system automatically uses the lowest available price on TCGPlayer, which is sometimes a clearly fake listing (user has 0 sales, 1 dollar for a 100 dollar card, you know what it looks like). Please address this. This benefits y'all in the short term but it's a huge feel bad on our end, and clearly not fair pricing. I had to wait for a week or so for the system to ignore a 60 cent pricing on Radiant Lotus!

Shipping and processing was easy, and great to see that it tells you when your orders are going through each step of the process. Was skeptical with it at first but, I have used their services a number of times now and have been happier selling here than the other sites I used to buylist through. Favourite part is that they send a complete and detailed list of how each card was graded and the individual pricing for each card so you have full disclosure as to how they came to their price.
