In terms of the advertised service everything went very well. I did the sorted service and used their website to build the list and put everything in order, it was fast and easy. I was very disappointed in the grading particularly of the most valuable cards. My #1 most valuable card which was never played and went straight into a sleeve graded as LP and my 3rd most valuable card did the same thing. This would be less annoying if there was some even distribution of card grades but the LP grade was really biased towards the most valuable cards in my shipment, which I find questionable. I ultimately decided to proceed with the payment since shipping with tracking was ~$30 anyways. If you plan to use this service I would set an expectation level around 80% of the advertised price, even if you consider all cards NM. Otherwise the other features of this service were as advertised. It is a good way to unload bulk but if I were to do it again I would prefer to do the legwork myself for any card over $20.

I was weary of sending a bunch of my collection in the mail, they originally quoted around $6k which was better than my local game store probably would have given me so I pulled the trigger on it and tried because I did need money.

The good - they walk you through the process well and every step of the way feels easy.

The bad - sending this amount of cards obviously comes with some trepidation and therefore I'd recommend insuring your shipment - this comes at a cost that eats into whatever they finally decide your cards are worth.

The Even worse - the grading is the worst part. I've seen many reviews say this and it is true, they don't grade your cards accordingly. I am pretty sure every single foil card was graded LP, I probably wouldn't even send them foil cards if I were you. 90% of my cards were taken directly from packs and placed into sleeves/Binders and were sitting on a shelf untouched.

By the end I got a semi-decent chunk of change but was considerably less than originally quoted, I understand they need to make money but they are already giving you well below Market anyway, granted, I know maybe in the 90% of untouched cards there could have been some minor misalignments or something but kind of disappointing when you know your cards have hardly ever been touched and still get a LP grade.

Overall:
I would recommend this service if you really need money and don't mind losing value on your collection but I probably won't do it again. I would also add a caveat: Keep your foils/sell them on your own or to a local game shop - they mark all of them LP. ( maybe easier to find faults in foils? not sure, but probably get more elsewhere).

I shipped card conduit around 500 cards that were never played and pack fresh. Of those 500 cards around 200 were found to be LP and an additional 30 were MP. A lot of these interpretations are very subjective and I wish they used a machine with consistent parameters for grading decisions. At least they were up front about it. I just find I hard to believe that pack fresh cards never played have a 1/2 rate of degradation. In general I find CC to be very tough when grading cards and I wish you were more consistent about it.

Other than that, customer service and speed were good. I had like 10-15 extra cards not properly sorted that they included in the final tally.

I’ve noticed a change like some others have who’ve been using CC for several years now. I’ve submitted roughly 10 orders to CC. I began noticing a change in their standard for grading in a previous submission. However, now it’s more than clear the changes. Now, I’m submitting cards pulled directly from packs that are not foil and receiving immediate LP conditioning and not NM as often.

Clearly, we should all be aware that card conditions are not Mint out of a pack. However, to say that they are not Near Mint out of a package the majority of the time is very laughable. This submission had many cards that came direct from packs only a few days before shipping to CC.

I just opened two more boxes of MaKM and as usual pulled a ton of Surveil Lands and other good cards. Why should I send them to CC only to be instantly be hit with LP conditioning on cards and losing out Selling individual cards myself while also only sending cards to CC that are clearly in the HP to LP condition already, because you’ll be automatically downgraded to a lower rating if NM and the price difference between LP and NM is a wide enough gap to try and sneak one past your customers?

After submitting my complaint, the person (maybe a human) replied back with what you’d expect to hear. However, I do love that they mentioned it wouldn’t he in CC’s interest to down grade cards, because they don’t sell them to vendors at a different grade. But, you’ll notice something, there’s no proof to say they don’t just mark the card’s condition higher when selling to vendors.

Ultimately, rating I give is purely based on how they grade the cards. Everything else is smooth as usual and easy to do. However, at this point, CC isn’t a new company and now they can get away with not being as generous and fair with their grading since it’s obvious their name is now out there. I’ll maybe come back in a year to two and see if things have changed, but we shall see.

I find this to be predatory and fairly inconvenient since I needed that cash to survive. Now my life seems to be in a mildly dangerous situation based on the simple greed and potential selfishness that the environment Wizards Of The Coast seem too incentivize.
Regardless the shipment was processed speedily and promptly. The entirety of the rest of Card Conduit seems to hold a standard of professionality and decorum.
Hopefully we can do better in the future where such actions aren't incentivized.

I cracked open a bunch of jumpstart 2022 that I had sitting around sealed and a lot of the cards taken directly from the pack and sent to Card Conduit were graded LP. I found that to be a little crazy and I was shocked.

Even though CC seemed to pay more for cards vs buylisting through someone else, that was only if the cards were graded NM and I probably made less due to their harsher grading. In hindsight, I probably should have buylisted the cards to someone else.

Other than that, process was smooth and i received the payment the day after they were graded, so kudos for that.

It was very easy to send a large amount of cards at buylist costs and be updated throughout the process.

However I strongly disagreed on some of the conditions of cards that were determined. I had many high value $50-100 cards and they were all assessed to be HP-MP condition, lowering their value massively. They say they use TCGPlayer for condition criteria but the ironic part is that I bought all these cards as NM from TCGPlayer themselves and didn't use them since.

How can the cards be Near Mint when I buy them from TCGPlayer and then Heavily Played when I sell them to Card Conduit after not using them?

The process was quick, although I was expecting a hire return in funds but also knew a lot of the cards in the stack were worth pennies to almost nothing.

The submission and grading process was extremely easy on my end. The customer service was prompt and friendly when I asked for pictures to confirm my collection arrived undamaged. Unfortunately, I don't think the payoff was worth it. I have my whole collection catalogued on Archidekt, and the price estimation feature lists it from $1,613 to $3,139 depending on the vendor (with all cards set to "moderately played"). Card conduit valued my collection at less than half that price, and took their additional percentage. If you're looking for ease, they're great. If you're looking for a good price, look elsewhere.

I would highly recommend using this service if you need to sell your cards. I sold out of my EDH collection, and overall my experience was good but I should have read reviews about their grading. I had several old EDH staples in foil, bought from a variety of vendors over the years (Card Kingdom, SCG, TCGPlayer, etc.) and many of them were graded and sold by these vendors as NM. These foils were beautiful, and were well taken care of. Double sleeved and in a binder. It was a bit of a shock to see how low some of those cards were graded by Card Conduit. Some of the cards, especially the old NM ones, were downgraded to MP. Long story short, if you have old cards to sell, particularly foils, sell those to Card Kingdom or on ebay instead. If I could do it over again, that is what I would do. Other than that, I was very happy with their service.

The process was easy to complete and auto sort option was great. Did not love the overall compensation so be aware that the value will not match what you expect. That is to say the service did what it said, but I likely would just hold my bulk in the future.

To be honest I had to attempt this shipment like 5 times, half of it was my fault. But here are somethings I learned. Better have the portion of your collection you are wanting to sell ready in some online archive like moxfield that can easily be exported. Now that doesn't mean the import is perfect, if a card is unique it might confuse it with another set. They need to be more transparent with how they are getting market prices and what cards are acceptable, 50 cents is definitely not their set point. Prices for cards were already low but then grading will put it even lower, some were fair others not so much. Like for instance I sold a Witches Clinic that has never been played, still rated it MP. A little disappointed but it is kind of expected with selling a collection The more work you put in the more you save but really you need to know what you are willing to do. All in all my experience was just okay, it works especially if you need to sell stuff relatively quickly.

The process was very easy, and prompt. I was however a little disappointed with the value I got back. I use manna box and frequently check tcg player. I was told that some of my higher value foils were “clouded” and I was dinged for card quality a bit more than I thought was fair. I only recieved a little more than $8.00 for a foil super shredder. I feel like having to take the cards out of sleeves caused this issue. I tried to pack them as tightly as I could, but shipping carriers don’t treat things with the best of care at times. The market value I assessed on my cards was about $800. I was hoping to get about 60% of that, $450-$480. I recieved $367 dollars. I feel that was a bit low.

You’ll have far more luck getting reasonable grading from Card Kingdom. I’m no professional, and again, I’m sure they’ll write me off as some jaded dork who expected too much, but when the high end of your trade in is $900, and you end up with less than $500, for well-cared for cards, something is amuck.

The process is easy, and if you’re looking for a quick turnaround, this may still be the simplest route.

The card grades felt sus, report doesn't actually show you why the cards got the grade just how you graded them. But I needed the money so I didn't really have a choice and I feel like you guys know/use that to your advantage to down grade more liberally.
