Overall, the experience was great and I would recommend this. Their customer service is top notch and communicates well the whole time. Generally speaking, the pricing is good. As they advertise, you can get more dollars per card if you sell yourself, but you'd be hardpressed to sell a huge lot to a private party for a better deal because individuals will expect steeper discounts for "bulk" pricing. I advertised the cards I was about to sell here on facebook / craigslist and go zero takers asking anywhere near the pricing I eventually got here.
The one caveat. Since they sell to a variety of vendors, it seems like their standards for card quality may be harsher than you expect - particularly with foils. I think to meet each of the expectations of their vendors, this is something they need to do. I have photos of some of the foils that got listed as LP or MP with absolutely nothing I could identify as not NM. However, I trust their grading as honest because there were a few cards that went pack to sleeve to them and those were NM. When forming your expectations, unless it's pack to sleeve to them, I'd start with LP and go down from there.

Unfortunately it's all too common where fresh out of pack cards come not-NM. This is widely documented across various internet sites and unhappy customer comments regarding card printing Quality Controls. Vendor's can indeed vary quite widely from vendor to vendor with regards to comparing same conditions between vendors and their criteria. Ultimately our goal is achieving the best value based on what each vendor accepts, even if the best value is a lower grade at one vendor with a better price than other vendors at a higher grade.

I sold a cultivated list of about 150 cards to cardconduit and the process went relatively well. Because I had a small number of cards I was able to create and inventory and have expectations of what the payout would be. Thanks to that inventory, I was able to identify a handful of cards that were misclassified that had reduced the payout by ~$150. They addressed the issue promptly (though it was a bit confusing with how it still displayed the prior value on the dashboard) and the check was issued for the correct amount. I also had a question on a grading of a card (previously sealed box topper that was not graded NM) and they promptly provided pictures illustrating their reasoning for the grade (a printing error created a line in the back of the card). 5 stars for communication and customer service but docking a star because of the card version issues.

I had trouble getting my check-in after my cards were processed but one of the people in customer service Nathaniel Buckley-Wright help me with it and got it all sorted out pretty smoothly given the scenario.

Great working with Card Conduit. Amazing and responsive customer service whenever I had questions. Wish I could get my damaged graded cards sent back, but really happy with my choice.

Brand new cards getting a less than new value? That is why I dropped a star. All of those cards were from the Strixhaven set which I had just opened. I understood and accepted the other prices on older cards. Everything else went as expected.

Overall, the process is dead easy and I would recommend this way to go especially if you don't want to spend the time pricing out each card. Pricing likely isn't quite what I would get if I tried to sell each card by its price, but the pricing was much better than I expected. For the time savings, it is definitely worth it for me. The most amazing part is actually the data, breakdown, and comments about the card ratings and prices. These provide amazing transparency and helps me understand what sold for what. I would strongly recommend this service for anyone who is thinking about getting rid of bulk cards or what me and my friends do: play booster draft games, save up cards, mail them to Card Conduit, and use the sale price to off set future booster boxes.

I have two small points people should be aware of:

1) I get the impression that the team is very lean and the work is effort intensive. Therefore, it takes some time to process the cards, issue the payment, and receive a check. Likely this would be slightly faster if I opted for digital payment, but I like the added security of a check. I understand why it takes so much time, but wish the process was a little faster.

2) Let me start with saying: I don't doubt Card Conduit's pricing and reporting on conditions and this is more for people to keep in mind. I'd like to think it's not in Card Conduit's interest to underrate cards and violate seller's trust. However, some of the cards I never even played with or handled more than once were rated lower than near mint. In some ways this makes sense because some of the cards came from the factory in less than perfect condition and likely shipping adds some wear. It can be frustrating though when some of your most expensive cards are knocked down a condition level and there was nothing you could have done.

Card conduit is easy to use, and gets you a fair price for cards in NM or LP condition. If you're looking to sell a large number of cards with a market price of $2 or more, and you are fine with buylist prices, I highly recommend it. They take care of 95% of the work, you basically ship them the cards and get a check in the mail a few weeks later.
The downsides: If you have high dollar value cards, you probably want to sell them individually because you'll get about 1/3 of the market price, but this applies to all online stores.
Their grading can be pretty strict. What you might call lightly played, they will probably call moderately played, but this is also not unique to card conduit and many sellers see their cards as higher grade than they really are.
They may fail to accurately price some rare or oddball cards. I sent in two of the "anime art" war of the spark planeswalkers and they priced them as regular art japanese language version, even though the alternate art is worth more.
Lastly, expect the process to take several weeks from the day you ship your cards.
Overall, to sell a lot of "better than bulk" cards that are not worth trying to sell individually, and you're not in a rush or very picky about grading/prices, I highly recommend Card Conduit.

Cardconduit did a great job sorting, grading, and delivering a complete write up of my collection. However, the time from the initial report and the final report (check in the mail) seemed much longer than simply sending the cards to a store's buylist. It took several weeks to get the check in the mail.

The process was easy. I'm only knocking off a star due to a delay in getting my payment. This could have been due to the general postal delays going on across the country, but I think more communication from a card conduit rep would have made me feel more secure. This was my first experience with the company and for all I knew if could have been an elaborate scam. Having an option to receive funds digitally would have made me feel better.

Thanks very much for taking the time to provide feedback! Unfortunately paper checks do experience unexpected delays - this was especially true during the 2020 holiday season, but we've still seem odd occurrences with the mail this year as well. We just added Zelle as a payment option, so should you opt to use our service in the future, an electronic option without fees will be available.

Process was easy, was really impressed with the customer support. Had registered a shipment without committing to anything. Was contacted to see if I had questions and/or concerns. Was impressed with the level of professionalism I received so I sent in a test batch. The process of shipping was standard received notification that the shipment was received. Sorting and final results took a little longer than I was expecting but nothing to cause any extreme concerns. There may have been a weekend or a holiday in there when I did it. The one thing I wasn't expecting was the funding took a couple of extra days I would assume it's because they were waiting on funding from the other buylists. Overall it was a good experience and I've been debating about sending off another shipment. It is not a liquid process with submission and funding so if you're expecting a turnaround and funding within a week this may not be the route you should choose. However if you can have some patience and aren't concerned with a quick turnaround then by all means this was a much easier and painless process than selling cards individually or through ebay tcgplayer etc etc.
