Cards didn't come back graded at the quality expected, but the customer service representative I communicated with was very helpful in the overall experience. Would definitely recommend using this service based on the customer service alone. These people do care more than most local gamestore owners I've met.

Thank you for your consideration in adjusting the service type. Your system is convenient, that's for sure. But to be honest, I'm a little discouraged by these wear ratings since these cards were never played. The money seems OK but I'm only a lay user so it's hard for me to judge.

The process was easy if you follow their instructions; I did have to pay for a special box to ship, and shipping costs are high right now, so that ate into the profit a little bit. They do tend to undergrade cards in my opinion, and don't always give what you may think of as the best price out there, but overall it was fine if you don't want to bring them into an LGS. I would say it was a little better than what I would get from an LGS, but far less than if I had used ebay. However, for convenience and my time, it easily beats ebay or selling individually. I think curated is the way to go. your mileage will certainly vary. If I could sum it up in a few words: Not the best prices, but hard to beat on convenience.

It seems this is an area where they are getting a lot of feedback they may want to pay more attention to. I got almost exactly what I was expecting so can't complain too much.

Love the customer support, communication, efficiency. My one caveat is that the system automatically uses the lowest available price on TCGPlayer, which is sometimes a clearly fake listing (user has 0 sales, 1 dollar for a 100 dollar card, you know what it looks like). My one caveat is that the system automatically uses the lowest available price on TCGPlayer, which is sometimes a clearly fake listing (user has 0 sales, 1 dollar for a 100 dollar card, you know what it looks like). Please address this. This benefits y'all in the short term but it's a huge feel bad on our end, and clearly not fair pricing. I had to wait for a week or so for the system to ignore a 60 cent pricing on Radiant Lotus!

Easy and fast only bad taste left in my mouth was the grading of the cards. I sent in some high priced cards and I feel like my order some of the cards were bumped down in grade which made me get about 20% less than what my order originally was quoted. Cards were nm when I acquired them then double sleeved in a binder in a fire box barely moved and almost every one of them were down graded. But I got a better payout than my local card shops.

Process was incredibly easy. Customer service is always quick to answer and questions. I don't agree with some of the list prices on certain cards but I understand the process of reselling. I have used card conduit 3 separate times and have had a satisfactory experience everytime.

Overall everything was easy and simple. You ship your cards in a Fatpack box or something similar so they are protected add cotton balls to keep them from moving. I knew I would get less than what was estimated but wasn’t ready to get a couple hundred less. About 90% of the cards I send had come out of a pack and right into a binder. Those binders were in storage and didn’t move for years so the fact only 1 of my 400+ cards got a Near Mint rating was disappointing. Their payment was pretty quick after I got the grade info on my cards and agreed to it. But if I had to do it again I would use them but understand that the TCG Low price would be there Near Mint price.

The whole process was easy. All I had to do was decide which cards to send in, then after waiting a little while for the cards to be delivered, graded, and valued, I got a sizeable check in the mail.

In a world without TCG player buylist, cardconduit is fantastic. They overestimated what my return would be to me (10-15%); which is unfortunate but a common experience buylisting cards anywhere. They made it really easy for me to trade in my cards, and will likely be the only service i use for such going forward

This was my fourth or fifth shipment. It's always pretty easy just takes time to sort everything. My last two shipments haven't received as much as I expected based on condition but definitely better than all the effort to offload my stuff that's not high in demand.

For many of us casual players who are likely the ones looking to sell all the crap we don’t use we do t have entire collections logged under anything but tcg player, and if you used the mobile iOS app then there is no way to export it as csv. I got payed so I’m happy, but be prepared to take several days figuring out your csv stuff if it’s a big collection

Process was easy and took about a week to get cards sorted and paid. Thought payment was a bit low cause some cards were marked lightly played when they were never played. 90% of them were from booster pack pulls.

Condition grading felt very conservative. I feel like it’s help to post a video or images to align with customers on how you grade. I felt you could buy LP from TCGplayer and should expect MP from CardConduit. Regardless of whether they do or it is intentional, the incentives are setup for CC to want not grade fairly (e.g. covers them in case buy list grades differently).

That said, I wasn’t going to sell all my singles myself, so I appreciated that the service exists even if I’m not sold on the grading. The team was fairly transparent and communicated well. Payment was prompt.

The grading has become more inconsistent. Even pack fresh cards that I have double checked before submitting are receiving MP grades, significantly lowering the payout. This is particularly true for foils. Still, this is a smooth and easy process if you have more difficult to move cards.
