The eziest way to sell MTG cards. Not the fastest. Plan on a month for payment. Their grading is tough. Very tough. Careful about the pricing too. They don't always give market valu for your cards. But still better payout then your local TCG.

The process was very smooth and I think the grading is pretty strict. I wouldn't recommend sending foils, be prepared to only receive LP or below. The main issue I have using CC is how pricing can shift from the time you send your package to the time it is received, and this can become very significant if certain cards had a high buylist price from one vendor and that filled up before your cards arrived, automatically putting you to the second highest vendor (yet often at much lower price). I would say that CC is the way to go for sending <$5 cards if you have a fair quantity, while it may be worth the effort to lockin prices and send more expensive cards to seperate buylists.

Used this service once before had a good experience (only reason im giving 3 stars). Grading seemed on par with tcg at the time. This time around however, different story. Cards sold to me NM from TCGDirect, graded a MP? (that means i should take up issue with tcg about their quality they sent me?) Either way, the drastic drop in price for a MP vs NM is astounding (whats this pokemon?). Thought id be receiving around $50, (generously) would've been MP on everything according to their chart, yet somehow I came in even lower at $37. For $6 each on foil Crushing Brutality secret lair swamps ill buy them back. And any extras you have at that, ill even do better than your buylist, ill pay $8 (I mean I was only buying them at $20, ill buy them at less than half price all day). Could've fire sold everything for half price on facebook and made out better than this. This is a drastic difference in experiences using this service. To be transparent the other cards in this particular shipment were graded about right, mostly, even gave me a NM where I would've graded a LP. But $6 on those Foil Swamps is laughable.

We understand the frustration associated with getting grades that you weren't expecting. If that happens, you should always reach out to us to discuss - we can provide additional support for the grades, and do our best to get on the same page. We want to assist you if your expectations have not been met.
To address the questions in the review:
- Yes, the issue could have been taken up with TCGPlayer. They frequently provide partial refunds for incorrectly graded items.
- Markdowns for foils tend to be more significant than for non-foils. In this case, the 25% markdown per condition is the resulting markdown, though it isn't always that severe. Buyers of foils tend to put more scrutiny on grades, and the price differences reflect the desirability lower condition foils have (which is typically true when the collectability matters - as seen in Pokemon).

The instructions do say that the address sometimes gets confusing for those delivering the package but the transit time seemed confusing. The processing of my order and payment came at a reasonable pace though.

However My shipment being values at 30% less (which in the grand scheme of things is not that high) still felt steep compared to the exact shipment I made to Card Kingdom a few weeks before where they only values it at around 16% less (Not using credit). I took the risk cause Ive been seeing their promotions going around and must say I will not be sending card that I can sell at other buylist for a better deal. Still quick service and pretty nice that I got updated along the way. Communication was professional and I do appreciate that hence why Im leaving the review. Cheers!

I literally bought brand new, never before played cards that went straight into double sleeves and somehow got some wonky medium played or worse grades.
There’s some cards I’m very familiar with and could recall how LP or MP would be fair and possible.
Overall, needed things to be quick for cash and lack of hassle as a tired dad.
It’s an ok place if you need the cash but it isn’t my first choice if I had more time.

Cards were graded harsher than they should’ve been. Cards valued above $1 at time of shipping dropped below that and were graded as bulk once they got to them. Fine since I needed the cash but I wouldn’t be using them in the future.

I’ve only done this once, so maybe it wasn’t reflective of the average experience, but it’s all I have to go off of at this point.

They are super fast with payment and willing go above and beyond on that aspect, but as far as condition goes… they grade extremely unfairly. But one man’s opinion vs another. I had the choice to decline and would have if I didn’t need the money.

I was hoping that the lot overall would reach the lightly played payout which I would have been happy with. I knew one of the cards I sent in was a MP card heading in, so I wasn't surprised when it received that grade. To see about half the lot receive the same grade was very disappointing, as I thought a good chunk of the lot was in LP-NM condition. Will probably try again in the future with less foils.

I am a big fan of this company, and have used the service multiple times, usually for lower to mid grade cards. This time I had some cards graded rather harshly severely impacting the value to the point where I would have much rather kept the cards. I will continue to use the service, but will now be a much more hesitant on what I send in.

At the outset, I will say that it is clearly Card Conduit's mission to have satisfied customers. At every stage of the process they were responsive and went above and beyond to answer questions and clear up any confusion I had. I do think the FAQ could be more detailed and some key points highlighted, but those are minor issues.
My complaint pertains to grading. I have buylisted well over 10,000 MTG cards to various vendors, and the ratio of grades I've received has been about 95% NM, 5% LP, and a very rare MP, and this includes cards from all eras and values, foils and non-foils. When I sent my cards to Card Conduit, barely half received a NM grade, and more than two dozen were MP, including some I know for a fact went from a pack to a sleeve, never being played.
Of course that meant is all the added profit I'd hoped for when sending cards to them was not to be, and instead I needed to have many cards sent back to me so I could ship them to another vendor, who I know from past experience is more realistic about grading. When I told Card Conduit how surprised I was regarding the grades I received, they did do to great lengths to justify their grades, although when I produced previous buylists showing what another vendor had graded my cards, they didn't really have an explanation for that.
Still, I do want to emphasize that if you are indeed lucky enough to get your cards graded NM by Card Conduit, you could indeed make considerably more by using their service. But I'm no longer willing to take that risk going forward.

Had 2 cards that were rated at MP. The value I received for them was less than 50% of their NM price. That seems a bit low in my opinion. The rest of the prices were fair enough. I just think going down to MP takes way too large of a hit.

I was surprised when the 1st shipment paid roughly 70% of the estimate, I though card were in near perfect shape, corners were crisp, minimal scuffing, and had been sorted in climate control room for nearly 30 years. CC showed me where the binders rings had marked cards and I understood where the value was lost. Before sending the second shipment I made sure the most valuable cards(dual lands) had no binder marks, but most were still marked as MP. I'm glad I kept the most valuable Dual Lands from my collection. I was disappointed with overall payments, but certainly less effort than selling individually. Would recommend, but have realistic expectations.

Process was easy and straightforward. No complaints really. I will say that the estimate assumes all of your cards are mint condition and they are very critical when it comes to card quality. So don't believe their rosy estimate as you likely won't be getting that, and you don't really have any bargaining power once they have your cards.

Our estimate tool will default to Near Mint if no condition is provided, but you are able to input different conditions into that tool to get a more accurate idea of the prices you can expect. Unfortunately we need to grade the cards as they are received, and anyone with concerns about grading should consider requesting a hold be put on their shipment prior to processing.

I felt like the reps response was unnecessarily hostile when I expressed my concern with the delay. I've had good interactions in the past when there was confusion or a mistake on my part, but this one will definitely be what I remember. Given that, they are still worth at least 3 stars because it's easy to ship a box of random cards and get cash back.

It also seemed as though many of the cards were graded much more harshly than they should have been. I'm not sure how a card that has spent its entire life in storage (much of that sleeved) can get graded as "moderately played."
All that being said, the process is super easy and I'm about to do another shipment with tempered expectations this time.

They are hard on the play damage and it's difficult to know which versions are which in their system. Overall though, this whole process is super difficult and usually low value no matter where you go and this company doesn't stand out in particular.
