The process was very easy to use. I just wish it was faster or that the price locked in when they received the package. It took almost a week after they received the package for the price to lock in and at that point, the value went down by $8.

It was still a good experience overall and I'd highly recommend. Way less hassle than sorting through a buylist on other sites.

Everything about the service and process was excellent. Even the communication about the COVID-19 delays.
I know some cards were damaged, and not all of them were in excellent shape. However, I cannot see how none of 100+ cards were "Lightly Played" or "Near Mint". It seems like "Moderately Played" ... Read more

Everything about the service and process was excellent. Even the communication about the COVID-19 delays.
I know some cards were damaged, and not all of them were in excellent shape. However, I cannot see how none of 100+ cards were "Lightly Played" or "Near Mint". It seems like "Moderately Played" is the highest possible rating if it doesn't have that "new card" smell.

Overall the process was smooth with the website being clean, simple and easy to use. It was easy to go from estimating my cards into preparing and completing a shipment. With a clear process defined and updates at every stage I felt like I was aware of what was going on the entire time.

Overall the process was smooth with the website being clean, simple and easy to use. It was easy to go from estimating my cards into preparing and completing a shipment. With a clear process defined and updates at every stage I felt like I was aware of what was going on the entire time.
The one downside, or challenge, was that because the process is slow (shipping takes time, processing, grading, etc), it gives the card market a lot of time to shift. And because the CC team doesn’t lock prices upon arrival (or purchase like other buy lists), rather they wait until they finish inventorying, grading, etc, there’s a lot of room for change in your collection value. And for me, it tends to go down most of the time (that’s clearly an anecdotal point but a feeling I wanted to share nonetheless). So the main struggle I had was just the slow process actually affecting the sale value.

Card Conduit definitely offers the best bang for your buck for your cards - often, local game stores will give you 50% of the card's worth in cash, or ~60% in store credit. Usually, I'm looking to trade up for certain cards, or make relatively close 1-to-1 trades. Card conduit allows you to get back as close as possible to the market price of the value of the card.
The process did take a little long, about 3-4 weeks, and although I probably should've shipped my ~30 card order via a slab in an envelope, I followed the instructions to ship it in a deck box. Because of this, shipping cost was around $18 which did eat away at the overall "profit".
That being said, I will still likely use this service, and will likely elect to send cards via envelope to save on shipping costs.

They provided a simple step-by-step set of instructions to help with the packaging and shipping process and then had my order processed and my direct deposit deposited through the Labor Day weekend, overall a very good experience.

The process was incredibly easy and straight forward. The payout made sense and I absolutely love the reports about what artist I had the most of, what sets I had the most of and so forth. Card conduit will be my go to for selling cards hassle free to unlocking value within my stacks of cards that haven't made the cut into my main decks. The team is responsive and helpful as well!
I am only removing one star because at times payment processing took longer than expected and I wasn't able to switch from check to ACH. Also, in a very small handful of cases I felt like a card was significantly undervalued - example: an Edgar Markov I expected to be around $100 going for $27.
BUT I trust their system and grading and assume there was damage I didn't notice.
Great service overall, 9/10 recommend

My shipment was received and moved very quickly. Unfortunately, a case of COVID forced delays in the preparing and estimating stages. That being said, once the items were reviewed and priced, the payout came very quickly and was more than fair for what was sent in.

I had several foil cards in the selection that were obviously damaged and were rated as moderately played yet I had cards that went straight from the booster pack to storage that had never even been used that were also rated moderately played, so I guess 20 years in storage just equals moderately played.

If you’re going to go through effort of making the curated shipment, you might as well go the extra mile and document the shipment as a buylist to pay the lower fees. Had this not been my first shipment I would have done that cause it was pretty much already done.

I thought the experience was transparent, easy to understand and clear but one or two of my more expensive cards were harshly graded in a way I didn't expect based on when I shipped the cards. At that point I just had to roll with it and take what I assumed to be a loss.

I’m sure the prices were fair, but it was challenging to have no pricing index for new cards. I like to crack a box with my wife whenever a new set comes out, keep the cards I want and sell the rest. I know this is definitely not the most cost-effective option, but it’s something we both enjoy.
I’d use Card Conduit again, for ease of use and their prices were fair for what the market of buying cards is. I would like to see better pricing for new cards, that is my only hang up about the service.

The overall process to create an unsorted shipment was pretty straightforward. At the end of the day I received dollar value I was expecting. This is overall a very convenient way to liquidate low value cards into real cash. The processing time seemed longer than it should be but not exactly horrendous. Despite most of the cards never being played there was an increase in LP-MP valuations than I was expecting. Especially around foil variants which further solidifies in my mind staying away from foil variants in any collection. That being said I got the overall dollar figure I was targeting by submitting an unsorted list. Smooth transaction overall.

You have to sort by set and card name. Also, I ended up using the TCGPlayer app to scan my cards with my phone

Also, I ended up using the TCGPlayer app to scan my cards with my phone camera, but I had to figure that out myself and I had to ask the Card Conduit customer service which price was most applicable. Maybe I'm asking for too much! Thanks for buying my cards, Card Conduit.
Oh and maybe you could tell people what to do with their bulk cards, since Card Conduit doesn't but those. I'm having a hard time just giving them away!
