The process was really easy and stress-free and the payout is pretty fast. They update you along with the way so you know exactly where you are in the process. My only feedback is that like all collection buying vendors, the grading can be a bit strict at times, a few of my pack fresh cards were graded as LP or even MP which does affect the value a bit.

This is the third time I have used their services and there were some issues, unlike the previous ones.

This is the third time I have used their services and there were some issues, unlike the previous ones.
I'm aware that they're very strict on grading and I'm fine with that, but this time, they treated some cards as bulk when they certainly weren't (Kozilek's Return M3C *foil* as $0.13), even if it's not in mint condition.
It appears they often send to Card Kingdom, then if the card isn't on their buylist, it is treated as bulk, so it is not always the best optimized buylist price as Card Conduit claim to be.
Additionally, there was some delay to take my package from the mailbox and bring to the facility, not a big deal, but hasn't happened previously.
That aside, their customer support is very efficient and I still think it's a solid service worth trying, just not flawless.
I hope to see some improvement and continue using your services.

Transferring my list to get a price was the more difficult of it all. Even that is easy to fix but everything else was easy. Send in your cards and wait. Iv sold on other platforms and I would say this is the best break down iv ever gotten of my cards. The wait for payment as for all others is always nail biting though. However I would recommend to friends and will soon be sending them more of my collection. I appreciate your services and wished Yugioh and Pokémon had someone doing it as well.

The process was painless, just box up your cards and ship it off. Only issue I had was with grading. Nearly all the Secret Lair foils and most other foils were graded lower than NM, which is not the case when I buylist separately to vendors. I believe they need to fix this process in the future.

I cannot comment whether the same cards would be graded better if sent directly to a vendor, but this is quite surprising and also somewhat disappointing. I would recommend the hold for review option for any shipment containing high value cards.

Sorting cards took more time than I expected but for me the money saved was worth the time. I felt like the assessed values/conditions of cards was a bit on the low side, but overall I was happy with the experience and would recommend card conduit to anyone looking to sell cards without the hassle of individually buylisting a hundred cards.

I've used Card Conduit three times so far and will continue to do so. The process is super easy and there's not a lot of effort to it.
Only knock is that the card conditions have to be IMMACULATE, and even so, a lot of my cards are marked Moderately Played when they are either at worst, Lightly Played. Shaves off a lot of value, unfortunately, and also unfortunately, I'm expecting 60-75% of possible returns.

I have sent Card Conduit at least a half dozen trade-in orders this year. From low value to high, this company offers the most detailed shipping process, has the fastest turn-around for fulfillment, and offers the greatest return on my investments. My only complaint is probably a personal error, as I had received a credit of $17 on a $60 card that I would have rather seen returned to my person. 10/10 would recommend to any collector looking to liquidate inventory (my total ROI is still around 80% face value)!!!

I placed the shipment. When they processed it my payout went down over 150. Talked with them and got it back to the amount showing in there site then but still over 100 less than what was originally expected. I would do this again but I am hesitant if I need the cash quickly.

Card Conduit provided a comprehensive and fair service completing their work and even provided me with a surprise discount which I really appreciated! They did take slightly longer than quoted but I had a large shipment and heard they had a staffing issue during my processing dates. Overall I plan to use them again in the future.

I was very pleased with the good level of communication that came from the staff. Both in simple form responses that let me know when cards were received and processed, as well as with prompt and informative answers to more specific questions that I had along the way. When staff illness created a delay in processing, I was promptly informed and not left hanging.
The price tools were very helpful in helping me make a decision about how to submit my cards for sale. Taking the time to use them and sort them into three lots really helped to get the most value out of my collection. (One lot for Sorted Service, one for Standard Service, and one for bulk value that ended up being traded to a LGS for store credit) I recommend taking the time to use the tools, they are worth it.
I found the grading of the cards' condition to be strict but fair. Payment was speedy and easy. Overall, a positive experience that I wish was available for other collectible hobbies.
