Not bad, I needed money and to sell my collection. It was sad and hard to watch it leave but I think I got a reasonable price for what I had. Quick easy and customer service was fast and kind

I give him 2 thumbs up for his email and kindness. While I think the grading was maybe a little harsh for some stuff, overall it didn't bother me enough to give them less than 5 stars as I've had more issues with TCGplayer over the years.
I will be using this service again as this was my test run. Thank you.

Card Conduit has made it MUCH easier for me to sell significant quantities of sealed Magic product. It was much more difficult to sell these through other channels, and I thought I would either be unable to move them, or have to sell with much more trouble and expense. From my perspective, CC looks to be a relatively new at this, and they still need to develop a price list for sealed products; however, their support channel has been super-responsive in getting me quotes on all sort of things, from loose, individual booster packs to SDCC limited edition collectibles. I strongly endorse this sales channel for individual collectors looking to sell Magic product.

The entire process was easy with the only pain being mine upon parting with some of my favorites. The condition grading did crush me on some rarer cards, with some that weren't as expensive/rare and otherwise similar condition being graded higher. Overall I would use the service again and probably will soon, as I did get value for something that was otherwise collecting dust.
In addition, the e-mail communication was professional and timely. While the cards were in their care after being shipped the updates on the ticket page were consistent with the estimated times given for each step.

My only hangup is some of the higher value cards I had were sold as damaged or otherwise lower than LP even though when I checked them they seemed to be in great quality and you don't really get a say about whether or not you would like to sell them at the final offer price you receive once you ship cards off. Other than that they are great for saving time and effort when you have a decent amount of cards you are looking to sell all at once.

Process is super easy, and payout was quick. Very strict grading, especially compared to sites like Tcgplayer. Overall a good experience, and will use again.

The process was easy and the communication was great about my shipment. The only downside is that there is a cost per card for processing so it is best to put some effort in and go through and only ship cards that actually have some value. I got a lot more cash than I expected for my shipment and was overall happy with the process.

The process was very easy, even for being self sorting of cards. The prices of some of the market values seemed really low to me, yet I understand that it can sometimes be a struggle. Some card conditions were also not what I was expecting, yet that went both ways. Overall, for the ease of service, I was very satisfied with my experience

I used the sorted shipment to try and maximize buylist value of cards I already knew I was going to trade in.
The process of creating an account, selecting a service, and creating a buylist of cards was extremely easy and seamless.
The process of sorting the cards in order, packaging, and shipping the cards was also very easy.
The time it took to receive, process, and payout my buylist was a little longer than other buylist I have used (about 3-7 days longer), but Card Conduit was transparent about that timeline from the beginning. The major issue with the longer timeline (and my overall issue with this process) is that your buylist value fluctuates during that entire time until it is full processed. Unlike other buylist where the value is locked in (as long as it is mailed within 7 days), this buylist can fluctuate. In theory, that means your buylist can increase as well, but I was sending a decent amount of cards from a newly released set. While some cards can increase in value after release, the majority decrease in value. This means I was losing value as time went by. At the time I submitted my buylist, it was valued at ~$422. Once it was processed it was valued at ~$403 (before grading and fees). The $19 I lost in value while I was waiting on it to be processed was probably a large portion of the total amount I gained in sending here as opposed to a single buylist. That kind of defeats the purpose once you throw in the 2% fee.
I submitted 50 cards for buylist. Only 1 card came back as less than NM, and it was a card I traded for that I would have also marked at a played condition. I was very pleased with the grading and with the personalized note that comes back with your report.
So overall I would recommend this service to friends and fellow players with one caveat: if a decent % of your buylist is from a set that was released within the last 30 days (when card prices are more volatile) , I would just submit to a single buylist vendor.

Largely it was a lot of cards I did not care about so I'm not overly upset about it but I think I'll take my chances on the open market next time.

The process was tedious to create the two separate shipments (one for Sorted Service, one for Standard), but ultimately it was easy enough to grasp. My only real complaint was that it took almost a week between the time the shipments were received and when they were confirmed, and another 4 days until payment was released. Other than that, though, the prices were reasonable, the feedback was good, and I would use this service again.

This is a great service with great communication and really lets you know what’s going on every step of the way. They are very efficient and fair and the process from start to finish is quite fast.
However, after doing multiple shipments with them my only dislike is this: it seems when you have really high value cards they are downshifted in condition so it’s not so high of a cost. My last example was Urza from modern horizons. I bought a booster pack and it was my foil retro rare. I never played it, put it into a sleeve, then into a binder, and then when I decided to sell it was the first time I had done anything with it. And believe me I pack these shipments with cardboard storage boxes, bubble wrap, extra packing, because I want the best bang for my buck. And it really seems like they get downshifted a lot. Maybe I’m paranoid but when mid prices for a card show a lot higher, you tend to get your hopes up.
That being said, otherwise this service is amazing. This company is amazing and I’m glad they exist.
That’s why it only gets 4/5 stars.

Getting the hang of the process was difficult at first, but once I did, it was a wonderful experience. The process felt smooth and I appreciated the communication. My only hang up was the grading of cards sent in. I think everyone has a bias for what their cards look like, but some of the grades felt a bit harsh. That being said, the time saved by sending Card Conduit my collection instead of piecing out everything felt great.
