I would say that this service was more than fair with their review of cards and their conditions. As part of my internal skepticism, all of the cards I sent in the Dr. Who set were completely brand new and never used. None of them were rated below "near mint" which made me feel like the cards were thoroughly checked.
Roughly 12 of the cards had fallen below the 50 cent minimum value in the 2 weeks between shipping to grading results. However, all of them were still given 50 cent credit which was great to see that the full collection was paid for.
I'm planning to proxy my cards from now on so this will likely be the only time I sell my collection. I have no regrets about this service.
