Great experience and communication

I was very impressed with the overall process and loved the step by step updates throughout. The emails i received at various points were great at keeping me informed. My one (very minor) gripe is that I would have liked more details (some were provided) about some of the lightly/heavily played evaluations, or even photos if possible. Having the most valuable card get devalued to heavily played was a little disheartening at first, but overall I was very happy with the results and payout. Definitely recommending the sorted process to my friends.

We publish all reviews, unedited, but may post a response in certain cases. We may need to remove a
review if it's offensive (profanity, etc).
