There's a bit of a curve to the process, it's a little daunting if you're shipping a big supply. The team seemed very happy to assist with the process however. I sent in a very sizeable order and received as much as expected. I could have received more if I went with a higher processing part of my own, but the convenience and to get back a sizeable chunk was very appreciated. They even bumped my order from the lowest tier (which I selected for convenience sake) to the mid tier due to the quality of my cards.

Overall, extremely impressed with the customer service and overall process.

However, I will strongly caution to take them at their word about rejected cards. Card Conduit does not seem to send them back automatically. I sent some high value non-english cards which were not included in the shipment write up. They were returned to me, but it was not automatic, it was done after I inquired about them. I appreciate that the rejected cards were returned, but take their terms seriously when they indicate no foreign language cards.

Once again, great service, I'm happy it exists, and I will likely use again.
