I needed to cash out some of my collection - I was impressed with the process. One of the cards I intended to sell was speculated to be unbanned in EDH, and I went to sell it 3 weeks before the announcement.
The processing time stretched out, and I watched as the estimated value of my order went from $550 to $450 right after the anounvement that my card was NOT unbanned.
They gave me the price of my list, and the price they offered for that card in particular was ridiculous: 20% of its original estimated value.
I felt pretty betrayed, so I reached out, and not only did customer service inform me of why the price change occured (their prices are based directly on market value), they offered a better deal (70%) and offered to send it back no questions asked.
I loved the transparency, the experience went well - if a bit more lengthy than I'd like.
