Great Experience by Setting Clear Expectations

The process was easy and transparent - I essentially got the payout the calculator promised. We had some issues with shipping (not CC's fault) and some resulting communication delays (which does fall on them) but they were quick to act once the issue was noticed and provided personalized support and photos of the packaging and damage. Thankfully little to nothing affected the cards and payout was quick.
We launched our reviews feature in January 2021, and invited every
previous customer to leave a review.
Reviewers have the option to omit their payout/fee amounts and shipment highlights page.
We publish all reviews, unedited, but may post a response in certain cases. We may need to remove a
review if it's offensive (profanity, etc).
