I've used Card Conduit a good number of times and have always loved how easy the process is. Always organize the cards to aim for lesser fees.

However, the card condition feedback you get can be kind of infuriating. Some cards can be pack-fresh, some cards can be gem mint... doesn't matter. Almost feels like a flippant decision for NM cards... and I actually hate this a lot since TCGPlayer has LESSENED its standards, and still I can hardly get any feedback that is NM or even LP. For most cards that I've kept protected with Perfect Fits and Deck Protectors, only to see a "Moderately Played" rating… pisses me off.

For example, I KNOW that I sent in MP items. Those were marked appropriately.

For others, I KNOW I bought them LP, and they were marked as NM by Card Conduit.

Cards I've drawn out of packs and played with, what would have been NM or at worst, LP, marked MP.

A card never been removed from its plastic wrap (promo card), marked as LP.

Cards I've bought NM and inspected myself... marked LP.

For a guy who takes care of his cards, out of >150 cards, 16 deemed NM. You'd think I play unsleeved, like a monster. Card Conduit seems to think so. (They do offer a disclaimer that even pack-fresh can come out less than NM... with TCGPlayer's new, more lenient grading policies, it’s VERY hard to believe.)

With this being said... again, process is awesome. Super painless (if you don't account for card condition emotional toil).

From a data standpoint, it's great. Data nerds will appreciate.

Will I use them again? Begrudgingly so, because although they will hack away at what you think are good condition, this all eats away at the price point. We're all out here to make money, so it makes sense for their end. I just hate it. A lot. Very much like knowing how Chick-Fil-A hates LGBTQ+ rights but you turn a blind eye because dangit, the Spicy Deluxe chicken sammy is just so darn good.
