The hardest part about getting my collection evaluated by Nick and the team was packaging over 5700 cards! Their shipping instructions provided some good guidance for that. I used a 5,000 card storage box from BCW (got it from amazon) and probably more tape than I really needed. I was informed immediately when it was received and saw updates as it moved through processing. I'm guessing that my collection was a bit bigger than most submitted to them because the processing took about a week longer than their goal (~3 days). Importantly, though, Nick emailed me as soon as they realized processing my collection was going to take longer. He let me know everything was processing well and gave me a deadline for completion. They completed processing by the deadline and updated me promptly. Great service, and they gave a military discount on fees! I would definitely work with them in the future if I still had MTG cards! haha
