Quick and Easy Service but Card Quality Was Lower than Expected

Did the sorted option and the process was straightforward and easy.
Cards were processed quickly and was kept notified of what step in the process I was in at all times.
The card quality that was graded was lower than what I would have expected. They pretty much graded everything as moderately played even cards that I had just taken out of their sealed container before sending. I was expecting way more near mint and lightly played grades than what I received so don't be surprised if they grade your cards harsher than you would expect.
