Very easy process. Great communication. Recently sent in 2 buy list shipments, one of them got shipped by mistake without a tracking number, I freaked out, it was like $150 order. Communicated this with Nick and was told they would keep an eye out for it. My other order (much larger) was sent 2 weeks after that and was paid out with a couple days...took another 2 weeks (just when I had lost all hope) but I recieved an email saying that my first order had been recieved...phew. I would not suggest you do it on purpose, but I am so happy that they are honest enough to let me know that they got it and paid out on it!!! Fantastic experience...will be bragging about this experience to anyone who listens.
