Nick and the team are great. I read reviews before utilizing Card Conduit and people were complaining about their cards being rated lower than expected and thought that these guys were out to get them. I took the chance after speaking with Nick through email and got the impression from him that he really just wants you to have a good experience. I sent just over 3500 cards and got about what I had expected. I packaged my shipment the best I could and had a report back in 15 days from shipment date with details and amount that I would receive back. Due to the overall value of the shipment, Nick took the liberty of adjusting my fee % from 10 to 5% which really was beyond appreciated. I have already gotten a friend to also send in a shipment per my recommendation. Overall, exceeded my expectations of service.
