Harsher the second time?
Review
I used your service one prior time and had a pretty good idea of what I'd get. This time I submitted a pack fresh foil one ring and it gets flagged as light play and pays 80 when you're retailing it for 200? Not sure I'm going to use this service a third time.

While it can be frustrating that a card pulled from a pack is not Near Mint, that unfortunately can be the case. We have seen the exact same wear on other copies of The One Ring (foil) coming out of packs and is indicative of a quality control issue. Condition does not factor in whether it was out of the pack in that condition, and as always we must assess the card in the condition it is in when received.
We launched our reviews feature in January 2021, and invited every
previous customer to leave a review.
