Overall, the interface was easy to use and information about the process was consistent and thorough. It took exactly the amount of time I was told it would and my payout was sent promptly after.
I have never had cards graded before, so I was slightly disappointed with how harshly certain issues can be graded, but the payout was fair and calculated.

We launched our reviews feature in January 2021, and invited every
previous customer to leave a review.
