I sent in a small lot that had a near mint value of about $560 when it was processing. After the results came back, I noticed that the value was lower than I usually receive from card conduit. I reached out via email and they provided a lot of detail around the reasoning. I was able to get a portion of the cards I didn't want paid out sent back to me. Great customer service.
