My experience with card conduit is a positive one, this was a curated shipment I sent it and I sent them a list and their card value tool was pretty accurate to wheat I got. I do feel in some cases they reloaded stuff a little too harshly but I don't grade cards so my opinion means little if not nothing on the front, amd regardless even with that feeling I'd absolutely use them again. Selling alone would be more effective cost wise but it was really great not having to worry about any of that and just sending it all to one place to get it all done at once. If you're after a simple and fast way to unload a lot of cards with minimal hassle i highly reccomend card conduit.
