Not a good value and rude customer support. I had an issue with the grading. First ignored me and then came back rude and condescending. I had good experience with previous shipments with them, but won't be back.

Our best advice when grading does not align with what you were initially expecting is to reach out to us and discuss it. In this case the customer specifically asked us not to respond, and so we did not. However, for anyone considering the service - we are always willing to discuss grading and provide evidence supporting our grading - we want you to conclude every transaction with us on a high note. Tone can be challenging to convey via email at times, but we always do our best to remain respectful and informative throughout our communications.
We launched our reviews feature in January 2021, and invited every previous customer to leave a review. Reviewers have the option to omit their payout/fee amounts and shipment highlights page. We publish all reviews, unedited, but may post a response in certain cases. We may need to remove a review if it's offensive (profanity, etc).
