I apologize for not responding sooner as I needed to take the time to word this as kindly as I can. That being said, here we go;

I am appalled by your services. The above cards mentioned were all near mint (NM) as they have only ever seen their packaging, a protective sleeve in a protective binder and then the box sent to your facility. It was obvious that your business had an agenda to downgrade high value cards. None of my foils have ever seen a table top or spent time outside of the protective binder. You listed cards in the same set, bought at the same time, same box and lowered them from NM to lightly played. Granted, I do accept some of my cards I didn’t purchase had lower values than the NM snapshot. However, ALL of my foils were near mint because I don't play them. I don't just claim this, as I had extensive experience grading baseball cards during summer hours in high school.

I'm disappointed I didn't heed the warning my friend gave. Normally when someone/some place takes advantage of me, I roll over. As far as I'm concerned your business stole over $100 from me. Just 2 cards downgraded are a $20 loss. The truth is I want your company to succeed on the merits of honest and thorough work ethics. While your grading system comes off as thievery, I was very satisfied with your turn around times.

I didn’t intend to broadcast on the Internet that your system is dishonest, but you auto generated a review request. Blasting anyone is not my intent, but I'm justifiably angry. Moving forward I will not recommend your business to my friends or future people I meet. I truly hope that you're able to take this feedback and improve your process for a prosperous and valued service that I think many MTG players could use. I don’t blame anyone personally, but those that push their vision and agenda of dishonesty so they can reap the benefits of paying less for more.
