Will you send back my cards if I request it?

Yes.

When you request a shipment be returned, we will cover the cost to ship the items back to you. All returns will be sent with a signature required, and you accept any risk of loss/damage during transit.

Processing cards is labor intensive, and returning them means we are unable to recoup our costs. If you are unhappy with the results of your shipment, we strongly encourage you to reach out to us so we can provide evidence supporting our decisions, and hopefully reach an agreeable solution. Return of your cards should be your last resort. Significant use of the option to return cards may result in us requiring that you cover the cost of returned shipments. Excessive use of the option to return may result in our inability to accept future shipments from you.

Once you've indicated that you'd like to receive payment for your shipment, it is infeasible to request a return.
