Could I get a chance to review my results before processing is finalized?

Yes.

We realize many customers would like an opportunity to review how we've assessed and graded their cards. All shipments will be "held for review" so you can look over the results once processed. Once your report is received, we ask that you either move the shipment to the payment queue (no issues), reach out to our team (to discuss issues), or request that your shipment be returned to you without further processing. We request that you review our report promptly (within a couple days).
