Sorry for the late review. No complaints from me. Everything was super transparent. Once they received my shipment, the process seemed pretty fast and streamlined, even during the holiday season. You could see the progress tracker thingy on the website and on top of that I got a few emails with updates, stats, and even like a personal assessment of my collection as a whole, shout out Nick Anderson, thank you buddy. I literally just sent random cards in boxes but I guess the nature of the collection and the value they adjusted me to the “curated” service which actually got me a bigger payout. If I could change anything it would be the way I shipped the cards to them, I used UPS because I live close to one. It cost $30 and took a week, I would do something faster next time. I plan on using them again in the future but for a smaller batch of cards. Thanks guys.
