Fantastic Service - Blows Competition out of the Water

During the process I was compelled to send the team a note, so I'm just copy/pasting it below:
"I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your correspondence and let you know how enthused I am about this whole process with Card Conduit. You couldn't have made this process easier, and your communication, site experience, and everything has been outstanding. This good experience has only been accentuated by the severe contrast in experiences I've had with Troll & Toad to sell my Pokemon Cards (I'm cleaning house). Their website, communication, and user experience is abysmal, and I bring this up because your company can CLEARLY do this better, and I would urge you to expand your services into other TCGs as soon as your strategy and capabilities allow for it. From a strategic perspective, success comes from doing something first or doing something better and you absolutely are doing this better! "
